Localhost DIY WAMP + Wordpress Installation

It is past midnight and I'm doing the installation from scratch again. With the info all over the place, time to consolidate the steps.

1. Install Apache
- Select "for All Users, on Port 80, as a Service - Recommended"
(will check on the "only for the Current User, on Port 8080, when started Manually" later)
- Install to C:\Apache Group\
- Test: http://localhost/
