Hidding System Icons and IE on Desktop Toolbar

 "Why... these %~!@#$^ persistent little pests! I've deleted them a thousand times!" [disgusted]
   "just use Quick Launch lor..."
"What? And render the customized shortcuts useless?!" [more disgusted]
   "well..."
"... and don't tell me to modify the registry!"
    "then..."
"... or use programs written by people I don't even know!"
   "just..."
"... or worse! use more programs by Microsoft who created such problem for us in the first place."
   "just need create a new toolbar"
"And that is not even saying about the non-deletable recycle bin!... wait... wait... what did you just said?"
   "that will solve your recycle bin too"

To show only the shortcut icons that you created and remove/hide/delete the default icons (My Documents, My Computer, My Network Places, Internet Explorer, Recycle Bin) on the Desktop Toolbar:

1) Right-click Taskbar -> Toolbars -> New Toolbar...
2) Target "C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Desktop"

That's it! Simple and clean.
